🌍 International Shipping
We ship dried natto and supplements to 25 European Union countries and to Switzerland. The cost is fixed: 50 PLN, regardless of the country and the number of items. Delivery takes 2 to 7 working days. Parcels reach the Czech Republic and Germany fastest, and Malta, Portugal and Greece slowest.
We ship fresh natto to the same countries for 60 PLN. It travels by express courier in thermal packaging and arrives within 48 hours. The higher rate covers the thermal parcel and the faster courier, because that is the only way it stays fresh.
We ship up to 20 units of fresh natto per international order. Need more? Write to info@natto.pl and we will arrange the delivery terms with you.
When you order fresh and dried products together, you pay one rate of 60 PLN: everything travels in one thermal parcel.
