Pure organic dried natto in capsules, a natural source of vitamin K2 MK-7 (menaquinone-7), the most bioactive form of vitamin K. Furthermore, the product is made exclusively from certified organic soy and Bacillus subtilis Natto bacteria, without any synthetic additives. Ingredients
This product stands out among others in the range for its simplicity: it contains only one ingredient, dried natto BIO.
Vitamin K2 MK-7 (81 µg per serving, 108% NRV) is menaquinone-7, the form of vitamin K naturally present in fermented soy products and in natto in particular. Vitamin K contributes to normal blood clotting. Vitamin K contributes to the maintenance of normal bones.
Besides vitamin K2, dried natto contains naturally occurring substances formed during fermentation: folic acid, vitamin B6, pantothenic acid, as well as minerals (phosphorus, potassium, magnesium, iron, calcium) and plant protein (38 g/100 g). The product also contains soy isoflavones, phytoestrogens naturally found in soy, and live Bacillus subtilis var. natto bacterial cultures (the content of these substances is natural to the fermentation process and may vary slightly).
This way you receive a pure form of dried natto without additional ingredients, with a natural profile of vitamin K2, enzymes and isoflavones from fermentation.

Contraindications and warnings
The product should not be consumed by people taking anticoagulant medication containing vitamin K antagonists (e.g. warfarin and acenocoumarol).

Use is also not recommended for pregnant or breastfeeding women.
How to use
Recommended serving: 3 capsules daily, during or after a meal, washed down with water.

Quality and origin
The producer makes this fully organic product in Poland from certified organic soy (non-GMO) using the traditional fermentation method with Bacillus subtilis Natto bacteria.
The fresh natto then undergoes a patented low-temperature convective drying process (Polish Patent Office (UPRP) No. PL 237235, application P.424543). This technology was developed in 2017–2018 in collaboration with the Lubuski Ośrodek Innowacji i Wdrożeń Agrotechnicznych (LOIiWA) with the aim of preserving the properties characteristic of fresh natto. Each batch undergoes rigorous quality and microbiological testing.
