Description
Food supplement in tablet form, made from Polish dried organic natto and natural vitamin D3 from marine algae. Each tablet is equivalent to 2.5 g of fresh, organic natto from our workshop, produced using a patented convective drying technology (Polish Patent Office (UPRP) No. PL 237235).
Each daily serving (2 tablets) provides vitamin K in the K2 MK-7 form from fermented soy and vitamin D3 from marine algae. No artificial preservatives, fillers, or colourings.

Contraindications and warnings
The product contains soy (allergen). Do not use in case of allergy to soy or soy products.
High content of natural vitamin K. People taking oral anticoagulant medication from the vitamin K antagonist group (warfarin, acenocoumarol, phenprocoumon) must consult the doctor supervising their treatment before including this product in their diet.
Vitamin D3 at a dose of 50 µg (2000 IU) is consistent with the recommended daily supplementation for adults in Poland during the autumn-winter period. People taking other vitamin D supplements or medications containing vitamin D should ensure they do not exceed the upper tolerable intake level (4000 IU per day).
Do not exceed the recommended daily serving. A food supplement must not be used as a substitute for a varied diet. A balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle are the basis for the normal functioning of the body. Intended for a healthy adult population up to the age of 75. After the age of 75, medical consultation is recommended.
Keep out of reach of young children.
How to use
Recommended daily serving: 2 tablets, during or immediately after a meal. Take with water.
Absorption of vitamins K and D. Both vitamins are fat-soluble. Taking them with a source of fat (olive oil, avocado, seeds) supports their absorption.
Package: 120 tablets = 60 days of use.
Best before: 26 months (the date on the packaging also serves as the batch number).
Storage: in a dry, shaded place at room temperature. No refrigeration required.
Tablets are produced without excipients, which may make them more fragile during transport. We take care to minimise this risk.

Quality and origin
The base of the product is fresh organic natto, produced in the manufacturer’s Polish workshop from certified organic non-GMO soy, traditionally fermented by Bacillus subtilis Natto bacteria.
The fresh natto undergoes a patented convective drying process at low temperature (Polish Patent Office (UPRP) No. PL 237235). The technology was developed in 2017–2018 in collaboration with the Lubuski Centre for Innovation and Agrotechnological Implementations (LOIiWA), with the aim of preserving the natural content of fermented soy.
Vitamin D3 comes from a marine algae extract (lichen, a vegan form of cholecalciferol), instead of the standard D3 derived from lanolin.
