What is dried natto BIO
Dried natto BIO is made from freshly fermented soy from certified organic crops. The beans ferment with Bacillus subtilis Natto bacteria and then undergo gentle, multi-stage low-temperature convective drying. This allows the product to retain the characteristics of fresh natto while becoming durable and convenient to store.
Fresh natto BIO naturally contains vitamin K2 MK-7, enzymes formed during fermentation, spermidine and soy isoflavones. The drying process is designed to preserve the profile characteristic of natto as fully as possible.
Vitamin K contributes to normal blood clotting. Vitamin K contributes to the maintenance of normal bones.
How to use
Dried natto BIO combines easily with other ingredients. It works well as an addition to:
- soups and ramen
- salads and vegetable dishes
- sauces, pastes and dips
- nutritious smoothies
- fermented mixes and starters
- snacks and spice blends

Contraindications and warnings
The product contains soy. Do not use in case of allergy to soy or soy products.
The product contains natural vitamin K2. People taking anticoagulant medication from the vitamin K antagonist group (warfarin, acenocoumarol) should consult their use of the product with the doctor supervising their treatment.
