Description
A set of two food supplements from the NATTO ACTIVE line: one package of each product (2 × 60 capsules of 750 mg). Both are based on dried, organic non-GMO natto. The second product contains vitamin K in the K2 MK-7 form. Below you will find a description of the composition of both products and information on the status of the individual ingredients.
What is in the set
Product 1: Bromelain + Curcumin + Astaxanthin + Nattokinase + Piperine
The capsules combine dried natto with bromelain (an enzyme from pineapple), curcumin, astaxanthin and piperine from black pepper. Nattokinase is a proteolytic enzyme formed during fermentation of soy. Piperine is traditionally added to curcumin preparations.
Product 2: Coenzyme Q10 + K2 MK-7 + Nattokinase
The capsules contain dried natto, coenzyme Q10 (ubiquinone), vitamin K in the K2 MK-7 form, nattokinase and hulled hemp seed.
Vitamin K in the K2 MK-7 form
The second product in the set contains vitamin K in the K2 MK-7 form.
Authorised EFSA health claims for vitamin K (Reg. (EU) 432/2012):
- Vitamin K contributes to normal blood clotting.
- Vitamin K contributes to the maintenance of normal bones.
The other ingredients and health claims
Coenzyme Q10, bromelain, curcumin, astaxanthin, piperine, nattokinase and hemp seeds do not hold authorised EFSA health claims. This information is provided solely to describe the product’s composition.
Contraindications and warnings
The product contains soy. Do not use in case of allergy to soy, bromelain, curcumin or any other ingredient of the set.
Do not use during pregnancy or breastfeeding, or in children and adolescents.
If you are taking anticoagulant medication (for example warfarin, medication from the NOAC group), consult your use with a doctor. Vitamin K in its natural form may affect the action of vitamin K antagonists. Do not combine with grapefruit (possible interactions).
A food supplement must not be used as a substitute for a varied diet. A balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle are the basis for the normal functioning of the body.
How to use
- In the morning, after a meal containing fats: 1 capsule of the product with coenzyme Q10, K2 MK-7 and nattokinase, and 1 capsule of the product with bromelain, curcumin, astaxanthin and piperine.
- Fat-soluble ingredients (curcumin, astaxanthin, vitamin K) are better absorbed after a meal with fats (eggs, avocado, olive oil).
Do not exceed the recommended daily serving. Storage: in a dry, shaded place at room temperature. No refrigeration required. Keep out of reach of small children.
Quality and origin
All products in the set are built on certified organic natto from our workshop in Zielona Góra, traditionally fermented with Bacillus subtilis Natto bacteria. We are the only producer of organic natto in Poland.
The organic certificate covers the natto that forms the base of the products in this set. The individual supplements contain functional ingredients, so as final products they do not hold an organic certificate.
