Description
A set of two food supplements from the NATTO ACTIVE line: one package of each product (2 × 60 capsules of 750 mg). Both are based on dried, organic non-GMO natto supplemented with plant extracts and vitamins. Below you will find a description of the composition of both products and information on the status of the individual ingredients.
What is in the set
Product 1: Curcumin + Ginger + Nattokinase + Piperine
The capsules combine dried natto with extracts of turmeric (curcumin 95%), ginger (95%) and piperine from black pepper. Piperine is traditionally added to curcumin preparations. Nattokinase is a proteolytic enzyme formed during fermentation of soy.
Product 2: Ashwagandha + Ginkgo + Bacopa + Rhodiola
The capsules contain dried natto, plant extracts (ashwagandha, ginkgo biloba, bacopa (brahmi), rhodiola), astaxanthin and B vitamins (B1, B6, B12).
Ingredients and health claims
The plant extracts contained in the set (ashwagandha, ginkgo biloba, bacopa (brahmi), rhodiola, curcumin, ginger, piperine), as well as astaxanthin and nattokinase, do not hold authorised EFSA health claims. This information is provided solely to describe the product’s composition.
The B vitamins (B1, B6, B12) are nutrients. Full data on the content and the percentage of the nutrient reference value are given on the package label.
Contraindications and warnings
The product contains soy. Do not use in case of allergy to soy or to any of the plant ingredients (among others bacopa, ashwagandha, ginger).
Do not use during pregnancy or breastfeeding, or in children and adolescents.
If you are taking anticoagulant medication, consult your use with a doctor. Do not combine with grapefruit (possible interactions).
A food supplement must not be used as a substitute for a varied diet. A balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle are the basis for the normal functioning of the body.
How to use
- In the morning, after a meal containing fats: 1 capsule of the product with curcumin, ginger, nattokinase and piperine. Curcumin and ginger dissolve better in fats (nuts, olive oil, eggs).
- In the evening or afternoon: 1 capsule of the product with ashwagandha, ginkgo, bacopa and rhodiola.
Do not exceed the recommended daily serving. Storage: in a dry, shaded place at room temperature. No refrigeration required. Keep out of reach of small children.
