Description
Natural vitamin K2 MK7 from soy fermentation combined with vitamin D3 4000 IU, on a natural natto base. For adults over 75 years of age only. Vitamin K2 contributes to the maintenance of normal bones, and vitamin D3 contributes to the normal function of the immune system. Each capsule is equivalent to 1.88 g of fresh natto, without any additives.
Ingredients
Vitamin K2 MK7 (27 µg, 36% NRV) is menaquinone-7, the most bioactive form of vitamin K, naturally occurring in natto. In this product it comes exclusively from soy fermentation, without added synthetic forms. Vitamin K contributes to normal blood clotting. Vitamin K contributes to the maintenance of normal bones.
Vitamin D3 (100 µg, that is 4000 IU) is cholecalciferol, the form of vitamin D that the skin naturally synthesises under the influence of sunlight. Vitamin D contributes to the normal function of the immune system, contributes to the maintenance of normal bones and contributes to normal absorption and utilisation of calcium and phosphorus.
Beyond that, the natto base also contains ingredients formed during fermentation: spermidine, PQQ (pyrroloquinoline quinone), soy isoflavones and Bacillus subtilis Natto bacteria.
In this way the formula combines natural vitamin K2 from fermentation and vitamin D3 on a natto base with spermidine, PQQ and isoflavones.

Contraindications and warnings
For healthy adults over 75 years of age only. Before use, a 25-(OH)D blood test should be carried out and the result discussed with a doctor or pharmacist.
The formula contains nattokinase and natural vitamin K2. The product should not be consumed by people taking anticoagulant medication containing vitamin K antagonists (e.g. warfarin and acenocoumarol).
The product is not indicated for persons with blood clotting disorders.
Also contains soy. Do not use in case of allergy to soy or soy products.
Use is also not recommended for pregnant or breastfeeding women.
How to use
Recommended serving: 1 capsule per day, during or after a meal, taken with water.
Package contents: 60 capsules (60 days of use)
Do not exceed the recommended daily serving. A food supplement must not be used as a substitute for a varied diet. A balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle are the basis for the normal functioning of the body. Storage: in a dry, shaded place at room temperature. No refrigeration required. Keep out of reach of small children.

Quality and origin
The base of the product is fresh organic natto. The producer makes it in Poland from organic soy (non-GMO) using the traditional fermentation method with Bacillus subtilis Natto bacteria.
The fresh natto then undergoes a patented low-temperature convective drying process (Polish Patent Office (UPRP) No. PL 237235, application P.424543). This technology was developed by the producer in 2017–2018 in collaboration with the Lubuskie Centre for Innovation and Agrotechnological Implementation (LOIiWA), with the aim of preserving the properties characteristic of fresh natto.
Only after drying and milling does the producer add vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol) to the dried natto. For this reason the final product does not hold an organic certificate, even though its base is organic natto.
