Description
Crunchy, freeze-dried organic natto crisps with a classic touch of salt. One package (20 g) is a ready, single morning serving. Each serving delivers a high content of natural vitamin K2 MK7 from fermented soy (687 µg), nattokinase and 9.3 g of plant protein, in a 100% vegan and gluten-free formula.
What you find in the crisps
The crisps are made exclusively from organic Japanese natto, i.e. soy fermented with Bacillus subtilis Natto bacteria and then freeze-dried.
Freeze-dried organic natto is the foundation of the product. It delivers plant protein (45.2 g per 100 g, i.e. 9.3 g per serving), vitamin K2 MK7 in the menaquinone-7 form (687 µg per serving), nattokinase, and phosphorus, potassium and magnesium. Fermentation naturally enriches natto with B vitamins (pantothenic acid and folic acid).
The flavour note comes from salt. This simplest, classic addition highlights the deep umami profile of fermented soy without overpowering its natural character.
Together, the crisps combine the nutritional value of fermented natto with the convenience of a ready-to-eat, natural snack in a single-serving format.

Quality and origin
A fully organic product. Made in the producer’s Polish workshop by traditional soy fermentation with Bacillus subtilis bacteria.
After fermentation, fresh natto undergoes freeze-drying (sublimation drying at low temperature and reduced pressure). This allows the crisps to retain their structure, nutritional value and the natural profile of fermented soy, including vitamin K2 MK7 and nattokinase.
The producer (Ton Color Marek Kołodziejski, Zielona Góra) is the only manufacturer of organic natto in Poland and has also developed a patented convective drying technology for natto (Polish Patent Office (UPRP) No. PL 237235, application P.424543), used in other Natto product lines.
- Organic certificate: PL-EKO-07-16909
- Vegan
- Gluten-free
- Non-GMO soy
