2. Scope and Purposes of Processing
- order fulfillment and product delivery,
- customer account management, payments, and complaints,

Data is provided voluntarily but is necessary to conclude and fulfill the contract.

4. Retention Period
- order data – up to 6 years (tax and accounting requirements),
- account data – until account deletion,
- form data – until the matter is resolved,
- cookies – according to browser settings or until consent is withdrawn.

You have the right to access, rectify, delete, restrict, transfer data, object, and withdraw consent. You may file a complaint with the President of UODO.

The site features a chatbot provided by ChatLab, using OpenAI models. Conversation content and basic technical data (e.g., IP address, session ID) are processed to provide responses and improve service quality. Conversations are not used for profiling or automated decision-making regarding users.
