Fresh natto

Fresh natto is an original Japanese product made by natural fermentation of soybeans with Bacillus subtilis natto bacteria. To prepare it, we use organic, non-GMO soybeans from certified plantations. We produce it in Poland artisanally, according to a traditional method that preserves the richness of natural soy ingredients and the characteristic taste of fermentation.
