Dried natto

Dried natto is a convenient version of the classic Japanese product made from fermented soybeans. It is made from non-GMO organic soybeans subjected to natural fermentation with the participation of Bacillus subtilis natto bacteria. It retains the characteristic profile of the raw material and, as a natural product, easily fits into the daily menu: it works well in the kitchen, as well as a base for the “natto supplement” category. It is an alternative to “fresh natto” wherever shelf life and ease of use matter.
