to Marek Kołodziejski, owner of the Natto.pl brand, took part in an economic mission to Japan. The highlight of the event was the Polish-Japanese Investment Forum in Osaka, which gathered representatives of business, science and administration. This made it possible to establish contacts, exchange experiences and effectively promote Polish products among Japanese partners.

Promoting Polish products and technology
During the forum we presented our products and discussed the potential of the Polish healthy food market. At the same time we showed how tradition combines with modernity in the production of organic natto. Japanese precision, attention to quality and a culture of cooperation inspire us to develop the brand further and to refine our processes.

Meetings with Japanese producers
The trip also made it possible to get to know local producers of fermented soy products. This let us exchange experiences on fermentation and quality control, which in turn supports the development of an offer based on authentic tradition and high production standards.

The Polish pavilion at EXPO 2025
We also visited the Polish pavilion at EXPO 2025. The building attracted attention with its form and programme, and it presented the innovations, culture and creativity of Polish companies. Importantly, the exhibition emphasised a readiness for international cooperation and combined science, design and the economy.

Inspiration for further development
Japanese cooperation culture and attention to detail motivate us to act. That is why we focus on quality, transparency of processes and education about natto and vitamin K2 MK-7. In this way we want our customers to receive not only a product, but also reliable knowledge that supports a healthy diet. Thanks to this, our mission, combining traditional fermentation with a modern approach to health, is realised in practice.

The trip was carried out as part of a project co-financed from European Union funds. We thank the organisers and partners for the opportunity to take part in this undertaking.
