How to order?

Dear Customers,
At the Natto store, you can place an order in three ways:

1. by email – to info@natto.pl, providing:
   • product name,
   • quantity,
   • delivery address: last name, first name, company, street, house and apartment number, city, postal code
   • phone number
   • payment method – available options are:
     • prepayment (bank transfer) and
     • cash on delivery (upon receipt).
2. by SMS – to +48 601 161 199, providing:
   • product name,
   • quantity,
   • delivery address: last name, first name, company, street, house and apartment number, city, postal code
   • phone number
   • payment method – available options are:
     • prepayment (bank transfer) and
     • cash on delivery (upon receipt).
3. via the online store – if you have selected the desired item and are ready to purchase the product, simply click the Add to cart option on the product page.
   • If you wish to add more products to your cart, simply go to other product pages and add them to your cart as well. Every user shopping in our store has their own personal cart. To view the contents of your cart, click on View Cart immediately after adding a product, or click the cart icon in the top menu.
   • Products placed in the cart include information about the price, quantity, and the summarized price of the purchased products (price does not include shipping costs). In the cart, you can also decide on the shipping method for your ordered products, along with the costs associated with each shipping option.
   • Press the Proceed to checkout button to see a summary of your entire order.
   • In the next step, fill in your contact details.
   • You will then be asked to provide your shipping address details, to which your selected products will be sent. If you are a registered customer, your data will be automatically transferred after logging in.
   • If you wish to receive the shipment at an address other than the one provided during registration, check and fill in the address fields.
   • You can change the shipping method and choose available payment options for your selected products.
   • The final step is to accept the store’s terms and conditions and click the Buy and Pay button.
