Our fresh natto is made from organic (non-GMO) soybeans naturally fermented with Bacillus subtilis natto bacteria. Because we produce it locally and on the fly, it always arrives fresh to you.
It is worth noting that it is the fermentation that changes the biochemical structure of the grain. As a result, soybeans acquire a distinctive umami flavor and a malleable texture. Moreover, this process makes natto acquire unique nutritional properties. Only in this form does soy become a product with high bioavailability for humans. And it does so to an impressive degree, becoming one of the richest natural sources of vitamin K2 (crucial for bone health) and nattokinase. The product naturally enriches the diet with live and active cultures of fermentation bacteria.

Interactions with anticoagulants
The product contains a high dose of natural vitamin K2 MK7 and the fibrinolytic enzyme nattokinase. People taking anticoagulant medications from the vitamin K antagonist group, including warfarin or acenocoumarol, should consult their doctor about consuming this product. Vitamin K may affect the effectiveness of anticoagulant treatment.

In 2017-2018, in cooperation with scientists from the Lubuskie Center for Agrotechnological Innovation and Implementation (LOIiWA), we developed a unique method of low-temperature convection drying. This solution (application at the Polish Patent and Trademark Office No. P.424543) allows us to preserve the high biological activity of sensitive enzymes, including nattokinase and natural vitamin K2 MK-7, which are degraded in standard processing. Our BIO dried natto is the basis for both the product for direct consumption and for our dietary supplements in the form of natto capsules and natto tablets.
