We have been making natto since 2015. The brand was founded by engineer Marek Kołodziejski, author of a patented drying method (PL 237235), who came across fermented soy while looking for a natural complement to his diet. Today every batch is made in our workshop following the same perfected recipe.

What sets our natto apart

High vitamin K2 MK-7 content

Our natto contains approx. 1,970 µg of vitamin K2 MK-7 per 100 g, making it one of the richest natural sources of this vitamin. Vitamin K contributes to the maintenance of normal bones and to normal blood clotting (Regulation (EU) 432/2012).

Patented drying process

Patent PL 237235. A three-stage convection drying process developed with LOIiWA in 2017-2018. It preserves active nattokinase and vitamin K2 MK-7, which are lost during standard heat treatment.

Certificate PL-EKO-07 issued by AGRO BIO TEST, accredited by the Polish Centre for Accreditation (no. AC 096). Non-GMO soy without pesticides. The certificate can be verified in the European Commission's TRACES database.

Verification in Japan

In autumn 2025 we took part in the Polish Japanese Investment Forum in Osaka. Our natto was recognised by Japanese fermentation experts, which confirmed that production in Zielona Góra matches the quality of the Japanese originals.

Important safety information

Interactions with anticoagulant medication

Natto contains a high amount of natural vitamin K2 MK-7 and nattokinase, which is described for its fibrinolytic properties. People taking anticoagulant medicines from the group of vitamin K antagonists (warfarin, acenocoumarol) should consult their doctor before eating this product.

Vitamin K may affect the effectiveness of anticoagulant treatment through its antagonistic action towards medicines from the VKA group.

Contraindications

  • Do not use without medical consultation if you are taking anticoagulants.
  • Consumption is not recommended before surgical procedures (nattokinase).
  • Pregnant and breastfeeding women should consult a doctor before use.
  • People with blood clotting disorders should exercise caution.
  • This product is not a medicine and is not a substitute for a varied diet.
